Making A Template In Photoshop 3
Move down to your header gradient layer, and control
click it to make a selection. Use your circular selection
tool, while holding alt, to delete your title from
the selection as shown below.

Choose Image > Adjustments > Brightening Contrast
and up the brightness a little.

Make a new layer, and choose Edit > Stroke, and
stroke the inside of your selection with a dark gray
and the outside with a light gray

Select all of the stroked portion except for the
curvature, and delete it as shown below.

Your title should be looking something like this.

Now lets add a place to put your text. Select the
rounded rectangle tool

And make two blocks similar to the ones shown below.

Rasterize both of the layer, and merge them. Control
click the layer to make the selection, and add a slight
gradient to the tops of the 2 blocks.

Choose Edit > Stroke and add a dark gray border
to the outside of your selection

and a light gray border to the inside of your selection

Add a drop shadow to your two tables by creating
a new layer below your table layer. Fill it with black
and choose Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Your
tables should look like mine.

That's about it! Here is how mine came out.
