In this tutorial I will show you how to make an image like the one below! Cool huh?

This first step is to make a new file, and make your background color black.

Now, make a new layer and make a weird selection using the polygon tool. Now fill your selection with a light blue:

Now take the airbrush tool, color black, and lets add some texture to it. Just color along the edges, and in the middle to make it a little more interesting.

Now take the dodge tool and brighten the image. Make sure that you brighten it next to the part were you darkened it so it adds some depth.

Now go to filter> distort> wave and add a little waviness to it.

Now, duplicated your layer, and rotate it, and change your layer to mode to screen, or just leave it alone, depending on what you like best.

Do this a few times.

Now, merge all your layers except your background layer. Again, go to filter> distort> wave. But this time, after you have ran to filter, go to edit> fade wave and use it at about 30%

Do this a few times until your image looks like the one below:

Now, duplicated your layer and move it around to better pill up your screen, your image should now look like the one below:

Now, merge all your layer. The next step is to adjust the brightness/ contrast to give us some more depth. So go to edit> adjust> brightness/contrast.

Here are the settings I used:

Now, make a new layer, and set the layer mode the color. Fill it with a color of your choice, or if you like it how it is, leave it alone.

Merge your two layers, and use the dodge tool to make things a little more interesting.

Now I just copied my favorite part of the picture and pasted it onto a smaller one. And your done!
