In this tutorial I will simply show you how to use a motion tween to move objects.

The first thing you need to do is make some text to move To do with click on the "a" button on your tool panel

Now click in your flash movie space, and write whatever word you want

Now do to "text" "size" and choose "72" or smaller/larger depending on the size of your movie

This should give you something like this

Now click on your text, and go to Insert>Convert to symbol

And choose "graphic"

Now, on your "timeline" ( I don't know what its really called) Right click on box 15, or somewhere around there, and choose "insert Keyframe"

Now, move your text to the bottom of the page.

Now on your timeline, highlight all of the frames, and right click. Now choose "create motion tween"

And your done, now you just keep making new keyframes, and moving around your text to get something like this:
