Steps:

1. Select the "Pencil" tool and draw a curved line like the figure.

2. Now set the fill none and stroke with dark brown; then choose Effect>3D>Revolve...

3. Click OK and see a magic!

4. Again with "Pencil" tool make a carved line like the figure and get a pot.

5. Again make a small curve line like the figure and get a smaller one.

6. Now Place them together.

7. Select All the objects and choose Effect>Stylize>Drop Shadow...

8. Now select the "Symbol Sprayer" Tool from tool box and select the "River Foliage" Symbol from the Symbol palette.

9. Spray once on each of the objects; then resize the symbols as required.
