Steps:
1. Draw a petal with "Pencil" tool and color it with purple colored fill and no stroke.
2. Select the "Mesh" tool from the toolbox and set the fill as light purple color; then click on the petal.
3. Similarly draw the other petals.
4. Draw two separate lines by tracing the 1st petal and color one of them white and other purple.
5. Choose Object>Blend>Blend Options.. An option box appears. Set the Specified steps "4"; then click "OK".
6. Select both the lines and choose Object>Blend>Make. The colors will be blended in 4 steps.
7. Place this on the 1st petal you have drawn before.
8. Do the same process for the other petals.
9. Draw some light green stamens with orange head by the "Pencil" tool.; then select all of them and choose Effect>Stylize>Drop Shadow..
10. Draw a rectangle with green and white gradient fill and place the flower within it.
11. select the six petals and choose Effect>Stylize>Drop Shadow..
11. Draw some pink colored small spots on each petals. Select "Type" tool and click below the flower then write something. Color it with white stroke and green fill. Here we have used the "Oatmeal" font and  48 pt font size.
12. Greet someone special by sending your drawing !!!
