1. Draw a circle with
"Ellipse" tool and color it with yellow and white redial
gradient.
2. Select the circle and choose
Effect>Stylize>Feather.. A window appears. Set the value for
"Feather Radius" 10px. Click OK.
3. Draw a small circle with
white fill and yellow stroke; then another circle with sky-blue fill and no
stroke; then another circle with black fill and stroke and lastly a tiny white
circle. Place them as shown at here.
4. With "Pencil" tool draw the beak
and color it with orange fill and no stroke. Then select the beak and choose
Effect>Stylize>Inner Glow... Click OK.
5. Again with the
"Pencil" tool draw the body and color it same as the head.
6. Draw the other wing; color is
same as before.
7. Draw two more similar birds
but color them with blue and red.
