Sometimes you want to take your photos and reduce their colors to grayscale. This is done easily with one of two methods. First lets get a photo to transform.

Past your photo onto your canvas. Choose Commands > Creative > Convert to Grayscale.

This will automatically convert your image to grayscale.

The next method is to adjust the saturation of your image manually. This allows you to choose how desaturated you want your image to be, anywhere from 100% o completely grayscale. Choose Filter > Adjust Color > Hue Saturation.

Moving the saturation bar to the left will reduce your colors towards gray.

Choosing a value of -100% will make your image completely gray.
