Fade Object Flash Tutorial
This tutorial will show you how to make a fading
animation in Flash. The first step is to make yourself
a new layer. So, go to Insert >Layer

You will see that a new "Layer 2" is added
in the section below. So, highlight your newly made
layer.

Now we are going to add the object that we are going
to fade, so select your circle tool.

Draw your circle in your image area.

Now, we are going to turn our image into a graphic.
So, click on your circle. Make sure that you highlight
the border as well!

Once it is all highlighted, go to Insert> convert
to Symbol.

Use the settings below

Now that we have our image, in our new layer we are
going to start and make the animation. So, click about
20 frames down from the beginning of the layer, making
sure that you are on the same layer that your graphic
is on. Right click and choose "Insert Keyframe"

Now, while you have your last frame selected go to
Window >panels> effects to bring up our effects
panel.

Choose "alpha" on the dropdown menu. And
make it )%

Now, highlight all of your frames and right click.
Choose "create Motion Tween"

Your frames should now be merged together with a
purple arrow. This symbolizes that your layers are
tweened.

Now you are all done :) Go ahead and view your animation
by going to file>publish preview.
