In this tutorial I will show you how to make a link open in a new pop-up window, with various editable variables. Start off by highlighting the text you would like to link, and choosing Window > Behaviors to open the behaviors options.

Click on the + sign to add a behavior.

From the dropdown menu, choose the "open browser window" option.

This will bring up a new window with various options, all defining the look of your popup window. You can change the dimensions, activate/inactivate scroll, menu, status, and navigation bars and more. Type in the destination of your link, and then fill in the rest of the attributes as you see fit.

The result should be a link that opens the destination in your customized popup window. This is great for giving your users small informative tips you don't want to clutter your page with, but at the same time don't want to dedicate to its own page. Have fun!
