Crystals Photoshop Tutorial
This tutorial will shows you how to make some nice
trendy crystals without any 3d program! In the end
you image will look like the one below:

The first step is to select our crystal shape, so
Make a new layer on top of your black bg and make
a selection similar to mine.

Fill your selection with a light blue.

While you have your shape selected go to Filter>stylize>Emboss
Use these settings

Your image should look like this:

Now we want to get rid of those ugly colors right?
So, make a new layer and fill it with a light blue
color. Now change your layer mode to "color"
You should have an image that looks similar to mine:

Now, merge your color layer with your crystal layer
by press ctrl and M Now duplicate the layer.
Go to edit>transform>rotate And rote your duplicated
crystal so it looks like the image below.

Now lower the opacity so that it looks like this:

Duplicate your layer and rotate it again so that
It looks similar to this:

No we are going to make our crystal a little more
interesting. To do this we are going to use the dodge
tool.

First merge all your layers. Now start brushing your
crystals with your dodge tool until you are satisfied.
Try to follow the lines of the crystal to make it
look more realistic.

Now just get out your text tool and make some random
typography :)
