This tutorial will show you

The first step is to make some text. Make it any type you want, just make sure that it is set to BOLD

after you are done text your text tool and right click on your word and choose "Rasterize Type"

Now hold the CTRl button and click on your text layer on the layer's pallet to select your text

Now go to edit> stroke

Now input the settings below

Your text should now look like this

Now, you should still have your text selected, so if it isn't reselect. Now on a new layer go to edit> stroke and use the settings below

Now go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur and use the settings below, or adjust for your text size

Your text should now look beveled like the image below.

Now just add a drop shadow and your final touches and you are finished!
